Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unopened
- In original condition with all packaging
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and approve your returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.

Automatic & Electric Components
Automatic or electric Mah Jongg tiles and components must be returned unopened due to compatibility and safety considerations.
